Before he was partner and president, Will served Focus Lab as Chief Growth Officer. From billion-dollar companies like Marketo and Outreach to seed-stage start-ups, Will has helped hundreds of organizations realize their potential and grow their brand. His expertise is in consulting with potential clients at the outset to develop custom project scopes that address their unique problems and opportunities. For Will, transparency and honesty are just as important in creating an exceptional client experience—and a powerful brand—as the bold thinking Odi is known for.

At work, he’s driven by the creative team around him; at home, he’s driven by a love for cooking (he remains the undisputed, three-time champ of Focus Lab’s Chopped Challenge), his wife, and two daughters, Olive and Ellie Lou.
