Project prep
Before we begin, we need to learn about you. You’ll complete a brand questionnaire and an attributes exercise so we can learn about your aspirations for your brand, your target audience, and your competitors. You’ll also receive a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect before we get started. Ask all the questions you need.

Meet and plan
Our project kickoff is solutions-oriented. The goal: to define a SMIT — the Single Most Important Thing to get right in your brand. Your SMIT becomes our strategic and creative north star. You’ll meet your Odi project team, which is kept in-house and never outsourced.

Design and iterate
We’re now laser-focused on building a visual identity that achieves your SMIT. Every week, you’ll get a design deliverable and a video walk-through. Asynchronous review and feedback work with your busy schedule so we can make the most of our weekly meetings.

Package and deliver
In six weeks, you’ll be set up with all of the design assets you need. This includes detailed usage guidelines so you can start implementing quickly — and feel good that you won’t mess it up in the process.

Launch and support
It’s go time! We’re here to answer questions and celebrate with you. If you need help with the roll out, our Brand Support service can take it off your plate so you can stress less about the launch and focus on your business.
